请问怎么支付google app store的5美元注册费？

就是那个在google app store发布应用前要支付5美元的一次性注册费。
google wallet的国家/地区选项里没有中国，叹气，只好选其它的。假如我选了香港，是不是必须去弄一张香港的卡来支付？

我直接用的 USA 账单地址我写的我的转运公司仓库= =

选择香港，然后用大陆的信用卡支付。以前是可以的。
