福昕阅读器(Foxit PDF Reader)升级到 10.x 版本后没有了虚拟打印机，在浏览器那里点击打印页面再也找不到虚拟打印机 Foxit PDF Printer 。请问大家有什么替代的办法吗？现在有的默认打印机是 Microsoft Print to PDF 等, 但是这些都无法设置自定义的纸张尺寸。
