最近在整理文件, 需要从一个服务商将上百 T 文件, 转移到另一个服务商. 但是当处理零散文件时,新服务的 api 处理不过来 本地磁盘会积压很多文件来不及处理. 有没有这种操作:
** 条件: 当磁盘剩余空间 ** <20%时 (或者 50G)
** 处理: 限制网络下行为 10Mbps** (全局或指定程序 都能接受)
ps: 可以不考虑状态恢复的处理.
环境: windows 10 / 2Gbps
