Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Mining with big data to understand user behaviors and patterns and leverage the insights to improve Ads experience with sellers/buyers.

· Researching and developing algorithms for greater recommendation experiences



Job Qualifications:
· Smart, quick learning and proactive.

· Good communication skills.

· Enthusiastic about mining big data to improve Ads experience.

· Ability to work independently and in a team to research innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

· Master degree or above in Computer Science or related field. Ph.D. is preferred.

· Technical Skills

Solid knowledge about data structure and algorithms.
Proficient in R, Python, Java, Scala, or C++ programming.
Data mining, machine learning or information retrieval background is required.
Experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language understanding, or other AI technologies.
