在网上查了下，一种说法是流量先经过路由，然后再到 output 链。
另外一种是先经过 output 链，再经过路由，那么应该是哪一种呢。

个人倾向先 output 然后路由，因为 output 可以 dnat，改过后再确定路由怎么走
