想从 s3 上下载数据，可是连不上。
提示“Could not connect to the endpoint URL”
服务器节点是下面这个“s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com”
我尝试过翻墙，可以打开。而且换个区域 us-west-1 不翻墙也能打开，是不是这个节点被墙了？
