I can certainly understand your frustration, and I'm happy to help in any way I can.
I'm contacting our financial department regarding your transaction, and I will let you know how they respond.
From what I can see, it appears that Fiverr did not receive the funds for the transaction. So if you see a charge on your credit card account, the funds might already be on their way back to you and would appear on your credit card account within 2-7 days.
However, I will confirm this with our financial department for you. Please try not to place a new order until I follow up with you, as this may result in additional issues.
