最近又公布了 28 家公司被制裁，关键是中国的，自己公司还得遵守规矩不和这些企业合作，看着真有点别扭和滑稽。

要啊，EAR 什么的，产品成本里面还要遵循什么 de minimis rule，确实很烦人，都在想办法绕过限制。
