OS X 的 Automator 是怎样监视一个文件夹的？

    Automator 可以监视一个文件夹，有新内容传进来的时候，就改名，加时间戳等等。

    但我觉得这似乎有点慢，改个文件名要 2s 左右才见效果。
    同样的东西用 Shell script 怎么做？
