Calibre打开EPUB时出现错误

以前好像没出现过这种问题，自从最近更新Calibre之后，经常在打开EPUB文件时，在封面页或者某一章全部页面的上方出现一个红框，如图：

直接看这个html文件看不出什么明堂来，把完整epub文件提供一下吧。

这本书的封面是一个伪装成html网页的SVG图片，但是它是直接把svg文件改扩展名成html了。我不太清楚这个做法是不是合法，不过至少Chrome和Firefox打开这个html都是一片空白，所以calibre的基于WebKit的ebook-viewer也无法解析这个封面了。

如果要正常显示，可以在calibre主界面中把这本书右键“优化调整书籍”，然后把cover.html改成cover.svg，并重新写一个cover.html去引用这个cover.svg，最好再把这个svg加到opf文件的manifest段中，然后重新Rebuild book就可以了。
