为什么 flat-file CMS 比较多，但是评论系统却很少？

比较完善的评论系统有：
ISSO、commento、Talkyard、HashOver...

但是它们大多都还是用到了数据库，SQlite 或者 PostgreSQL。

这就很奇怪了
CMS 都是 flat-file 甚至纯静态的了，谁会为了评论单独维护数据库？
