就我自己所观察到的情况，网页版在几分钟前会卡在 loading 界面无限转圈，而现在是会出现下面的错误信息；邮件客户端可以正常收信，但无法下载附件。企业版 Outlook 邮箱（ outlook.office365.com ）好像不受影响。

错误信息:

发生错误
连接到此邮箱的活动会话太多。请关闭其他打开的会话，然后在几分钟后再次尝试登录。如果多个用户共享此邮箱，请确保其他用户在您尝试之前注销。

故障通告

Title: Can't access Exchange

User Impact: Users may have been unable to access the Exchange Online service.

More info: Additionally, users may have been experiencing delays sending or receiving email that utilized Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Final status: We've validated that service has been restored and email is being delivered as expected.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to a subset of users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Start time: Friday, June 14, 2019, at 9:15 AM UTC

End time: Friday, June 14, 2019, at 4:27 PM UTC

Root cause: A trust connection issue between subsets of our service infrastructure was causing an issue where users may have been unable to access the Exchange Online service. Additionally, users that were able to access the service may have experienced delays when attempting to send and receive email.

Next steps:
- We're reviewing service logs to better understand why there was a trust connection issue within a subset of our infrastructure and to determine a plan to better identify these problems sooner.
