[租房]益乐新村北区转租，文一路丰潭路口

    个人转租，与房东直接签合同，基本配置都有，单间，位置较好，离城西银泰，古墩路印象城很久，步行十五分钟，离天堂软件园步行十分钟内，丰潭路地铁站步行十分钟，到古翠路地铁站有 37 路，1219 直达。到华星时代广场有 37 路六站可达

    益乐新村的房租都一千开外，几乎所有卫生间都是蹲厕，实在是搞不懂！

    3 年前租过那里，房间小，房子距离近不通风、顶楼夏天非常热，卫生间小，房租也不便宜，到期后房东连续两次涨价，我直接搬了

    @radiocontroller 城中村，农民房，条件自己不可能多好的，都只是上班距离近暂时住一下而已，不过我这边租了一年多到时还没涨价

    还没拆掉啊，以前住了一年多，真的住不惯了，每天从余杭开车上下班了

    @wish198 还没拆啊，看样子也拆不了了，年两年还统一整修过外墙路面什么的

    @wish198 拆不了的,都已经统一修了...拆迁成本太大,我觉得整个还好,毕竟位置不错,找工作方便...
