VScode macos 调试 c++程序 怎么弹出输入 console？

为啥 f5 debug 运行后没有弹出 console，设置的 externalConsole 不起作用吗 VS 内置的 debug console 只能输出结果，不能输入，会报出 Unable to perform this action because the process is running.

求老哥们指点
