获取 UltiSnips 补全经常比较慢，而且信息也不丰富，所以就有了： https://github.com/neoclide/coc-snippets。
支持大部分 UltiSnips 的 snippet 规范，同时也能加载 VSCode 使用的 Textmate 格式 snippets。
后续还会添加部分特性的支持。
最初的想法是从 UltiSnips 插件导出 snippets 为 Textmate 格式，但是看了下 UltiSnipps 代码，几乎无法实现。
