设置通知关闭不了，就是有个原点，之前没有

角标是系统功能啊，只要有通知就会展示，在 app 的通知设置里关掉 show notification dot 就可以了。

@morethansean 就是说系统里关不掉才问的。。

@razios 那估计就是 launcher bug 了……我测试了一下可以正常关掉……重启大法试试。
