Windows 8每次启动自动打开库，这是怎么回事？

    从Windows 7升级上来的，以前双系统装过 Windows 8 DP/CP/RP 都没出现过类似问题，求解。

    而且我现在的开始页面所有的磁贴都只显示成一个纯色方块，没有图标和文字，这又是怎么回事？
