比如 upgrade 时，有 ppa.launchpad.net 的源，速度总是一点点掉下来，直到没了速度，然后 ctrl-c 掉，再运行 upgrade，又能下一点，要反复多次才能把包下全。
为什么会掉速度，为什么不是直接一开始就没速度？有啥好办法没？

这个源很少有镜像，服务器似乎在英国 canonical 公司，连不上 /速度很慢八成是你国的某长城在搞鬼。
至于速度，apt 是按照平均速率来算的，所以会呈现"速度一点点掉下来，直到没了速度"的现象。 解决方案是让 shell 走 proxy e.g. http_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:1080 https_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:1080 |
