我想搭个论坛，风格类似 V2EX，但是没想好放在哪个云平台上。国内虽然是首选但是备案什么的太烦，想放在国外或者香港。我只知道 bluehost, 不知道大家有什么好的建议？
预算：小众论坛，一天也就 500~1000 人的流量，一年预算 500 元够不？
