Syncthing 现在在国内使用有问题吗？远程设备匹配一直失败

想用 Syncthing 同步本地文件到自己的 VPS 上。在本机添加远程设备后，在 VPS 端收不到匹配请求。查看 VPS 上的 syncthing 日志是这么显示的：

Decoding posted config: read tcp 本机 IP -> VPS IP : i/o timeout

这个提示是 TCP 连接被阻断了吗？ VPS 上 TCP 端口都是开放的，应该不是防火墙问题
