Nexus 7 , Android 4.1.1 环境，我的步骤如下：
用 Play 安装 OpenVPN Installer 与 OpenVPN Settings；
sdcard 根目录新建 openvpn 文件夹（这步我是通过电脑直接操作的），放入配置文件。
打开 OpenVPN Installer ，安装 Binary （选择 /system/xbin/busybox ifconfig ）至 system/xbin/openvpn 。
打开 OpenVPN Settings ，勾选 OpenVPN ；但此时试图勾选自己想用的 .ovpn 则始终无法勾上，除了界面下方提示 openvpn settings has been granted superuser permission for an interactive shell 之外无可用信息。
已 Google 过没找到可用资源，有人能看出问题出在哪儿么？

估计默认的Nexus 7没有root.
如果想用VPN，建议先用PPTP和L2TP代替。 或者root，再用OpenVPN。 |

liuhk388 OP 解决了，问题在于用 OpenVPN Installer 安装 openvpn 时 ifconfig/route 的路径选择错误；
需要选择 /system/bin/ifconfig ，如果选择其它路径，需要手动 ln -s 。 |

我记得我先是busybox，然后openvpn installer,最后是settings...目录是/system/bin...记得不太清楚了...

我的N7用这玩意也没成功连上，后来换了openvpn for android就好了
