After a detailed review, I ’ m pleased to inform you that we ’ ve approved a billing adjustment of 66.00 USD for charges on your April bill, which has been applied as a credit to your account. This credit will automatically apply towards this month ’ s usage and can be referenced in your Account and Billing Console here:

We also approved a billing adjustment of 280.97 USD for you March bill which has been waived in full. This means the invoice 130802056 will no longer be considered outstanding.
To avoid unexpected charges in the future, please make sure to monitor your usage periodically and let us know if you have any questions regarding the billing aspects of our services. 你开的不是免费的，自然有账单了。你开了两台一台免费，一台收费的 200 多小时。
另外 aws 免费的只有最低配置的。 还有用自己信用卡开？你这心真大，我也只敢用虚拟卡。 可以联系一下他们，说明情况看看能不能减免，免可能性不大，不过 aws 还是不错的，说清楚，应该能减不少。 |

@zhenjiachen 肯定可以的。扣款与信用卡是否在账号下无关。
@allen6699 按以下步骤操作： 1. 删掉账号下所有的机器 2. 开个工单，用英语礼貌地描述下列内容 > 我原本想试用 AWS > 我不熟悉 AWS，不小心开了收费的服务，我也没有使用这些服务 > 我想问问能否退款，我会注销 AWS 账号 3. 耐心等客服回复 4. 耐心等钱退到信用卡 |

找客服。好好跟他说明，你不清楚免费服务是哪些，然后开了收费的服务，被扣费了，能不能把钱要回来，
保证以后不会再出类似的问题，就好了。 |
