有没有把微信服务号的消息功能打包出来可以让用户自己调用给自己发消息的服务？

比如我用微信注册并申请了那个服务的 Key，然后通过他们的 API 调用把消息发给他们的服务，他们的服务再调微信的模板消息 /客服消息接口把消息发到我的微信号上。
