系统环境：win7 （ 64 位） + python3.6 （ 32 位），已经安装好了，很好用。
现在我想安装 pyqt4 （注意，不想安装 pyqt5 ）。
问题是：现在 pyqt4 不在提供编译好的 exe 这种安装文件了，提供的是原代码文件，好像是需要自己安装安装 sip，也要自己编译；但我不知道怎么弄？没有什么概念对编译连接等等。搜索了一番也还是没有搞清楚是啥东西。
请懂的老师推荐或者提供个较为详细的教程。
或者，python3.6 下只能安装 pyqt5 吗？
