按照网上的教程

    apt-get install python-software-properties
    apt-get install -y ppa-purge 
    add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php5

卡在 add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php5 这里了，提示

Cannot access PPA ( https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~ondrej/+archive/php5) to get PPA information, please check your internet connection.

然后就没有然后了，请问不添加 ppa 源，还有其他办法能升级么？
