通过代理让 ubantu 上网配置请教 ubantu14.04 服务器无法上公网，需要通过代理帐号地址端口才能上网，请教下怎么配置，代理帐号在 windows 是可以使用的，网上也找过一些文档， ss 貌似是没办法配置。
