现在在用notepad.cc , 虽然简洁但不便管理。evernote系列的不太感兴趣，一般只用来采集资料。

目前很完美的方法是把笔记托管到 github pages ，简洁、免费、可回溯、安全、绑定域名。html生成工具可使用 jekyll、vimwiki或其他。
