google voce app: 可以用 google voice 号码发短信，但是要绑定美国手机号才能打电话
环聊 app ：可以用 google voce 号码接打电话，但是要接管系统的短信 APP 才能收发 google voce 号码的短信，但是环聊又不支持多卡手机，我的是双卡机。

1.你绑定一个虚拟运营商的号码就可以了（ textxxxxx 等等的）。
2.环聊可以直接接收 Google Voice 号码的短信啊，并不需要接管短信。 |
