求教 SourceTree 的中文乱码问题？

我在使用 SourceTree 的时候，默认 text encoding 用的是 utf-8 ， vs 文档是 gbk 的，所以乱码也就乱码吧。
问题在于提交的 Commit log 也是乱码的，有解决过乱码问题的吗？
