有用过 Stripe Atlas 服务注册了美国公司的同学吗，有什么需要注意的？

由于 Stripe 目前不支持中国，所以想用 Stripe Atlas 注册美国公司。请问注册后，每年大概需要花费多少钱呀。

报税什么的麻烦吗？看给的那个 Guide to U.S. Taxes 文档感觉好复杂啊。
