搬瓦工付款失败，求解

昨天收到邮件，说 vps 要续费了。于是点击邮件里面的链接去付费，失败了，但是钱扣了。提交 TK 后，客服说重新付款即可。我重新付款后倒是付款成功，但之前的钱客服说他们没收到，支付宝会自动退回。会么？好心塞啊，这也能卡单。有哪位遇到过类似问题么？

Hi, today i received an email said that an invoice has been generated. So i clicked the link inside the email to pay the invoice, but it failed! However the bank informed me I have already payed money! In a word: i try to pay the invoice, then failed, but my money is gone! Please help me with this. Thank you!

Hello,

This is usually caused by Stripe javascript failing to load. Please try making payment at a different computer, it should help.

I just paid the invoice at a different computer, it worked! BUT, what about the last transaction ? Can I get my money back? I paid two year's money and now I just get one year's service.

@lucifer0114 paypal 一直没有搞太明白，之前绑定银联储蓄卡貌似失败。后来申请了双币种信用卡后，就没有管 paypal 了。这里也是看有支付宝，就没有用信用卡了。

i checked my alipay's payment history, it says both transaction has succeed. Here's the detail:

[first transaction](failed)
transaction number: xxxxxx
transaction code: xxxxxx

[second transaction](succeed)
transaction number: xxxxxxx
transaction code: xxxxxx

paid to: Stripe, Inc. o***@stripe.com

you sure you can only see one payment? will those transaction code help you find that failed payment? both alipay and the bank told me my money's gone, if you didn't receive, where's my money?
