本地搭了个 pdnsd ，走 TCP 和远程 DNS 服务连接, 本地开启端口 3535
dig +tcp www.tumblr.com @127.0.0.1 -p 5353 差不多 2 秒能出来
nslookup www.tumblr.com 127.0.0.1:5353 要 10 秒以上，甚至出不来，为什么
