使用 RSS 阅读器 Leaf 访问 V2EX 出现 Access Denied 的问题

Mac 下使用 Leaf RSS 阅读器，点击右上角的 Article website 访问 V2EX 会出现 Access Denied ，出现该问题后使用电脑上的任何浏览器访问都会出现该错误，请问为什么会被屏蔽？@Livid.
