公司的网络是铁通的， vps 上架设的网站都可以打开， ssh 也可以连接上，但是服务器却 ping 不通，架设的 anyconnect server 和 ss 都不能用
检查了 ubuntu 里自己配置的 iptables 规则也都没有问题
电信和联通的网络都一切正常
