腾讯云的 Debian Jessie 源如何设置使其能正常获取

购买了一台腾讯云的 VPS ，系统是 Debian 8.2 x64 ，但是系统默认的源是 wheezy 的源，所以想要换成 jessie 源，来安装 Apache 2.4 等。但是将 wheezy 替换为 jessie 后，运行 apt-get update 返回错误，并且无法通过 apt-get install 安装软件包。

返回的错误如下：

W: Failed to fetch http://mirrors.tencentyun.com/debian/dists/jessie-backports-sloppy/non-free/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://mirrors.tencentyun.com/debian/dists/jessie-updates/main/source/Sources  404  Not Found
