It depends our upstream traffic control. If there is high bandwidth usage, they may route traffic via US.

If want to have guaranteed direct china, will have to buy direct China bandwidth at $30/Mbps.

哦，其实是 pccw 的锅。那段时间 PCCW 炸得不成样子，即便是全程 pccw 的服务器延迟几乎和美国一样。
