请问如何阻止计算机自动减少运算核心？

    我在实验室一台 8 核的机子上用 openmp 做并行计算。开了最大线程。一开始 CPU 占用是 800%。但是过一段时间就开始下降。甚至到 300%。请问这怎么回事？能不能一直保持 800%？
