上面是用https的，如果用git协议直接就
github.com[0: 207.97.227.239]: errno=Connection refused
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection refused)

加密链接被影响了，我在教育网就是，可以访问网站，但是不能进行clone操作，把https改成http就可以了，不过缺少安全性

应该是wall的问题，用http地址clone。
注意把https改成http就应该可以了。 直接用git协议是用ssh，连https都挂了，更不用说ssh。 |
