Mac 没有 Insert 键。全尺寸的键盘上那个位置是一个帮助键（问号），BetterTouchTool 里面可以设置它的用途。

@wangcheng 受教了，我现在是用的 karabiner + Seil 一直没找到 Insert 键，我试试 BetterTouchTool
