我用了3种网络电话试了几次，都不行，最后不用短信激活，就给过了

所有虚拟号码都不用试了，都不行的，已经有无数人试过了。

开发者工具改成+86能用, 但不清楚为什么, 每个手机号只能获取一次验证码, 要是没注意或及时填验证码, 如刷新了页面什么的, 那这个手机号再也收不到验证码了...

改了phoneNumberHint div的值之后提示You can verify this account by calling your local support number at (800) 642 7676 or click here to contact support.

@popu111 额。。你需要抓一下这个包： https://account.windowsazure.com/SignUp/BeginSmsChallenge?phoneCountryCode=1&phoneNumber=YourPhoneNumber&offer=ms-azr-0044p&countryCode=US&deliveryType=0
然后把phoneCountryCode=1改成phoneCountryCode=86

@yangff 不行的，我直接在console里面执行修改过的js，然后提交，post数据和你说的一样，然后就显示：
We were unable to verify your account. Please contact support.
