Dear Bandwagon Host Customer,
Our records indicate that you have a VPS at our Arizona location, hence we are sending you this important service notification.
We are currently planning service expansion at this location. More specifically, we are increasing our footprint and deploying more powerful network equipment and servers. This expansion will involve a physical move of all our equipment. Luckily the equipment stays within the same physical building, however, it will take us a few hours to move everything.
On February 15, we will shut down all our equipment at our Arizona location for a period of 3-6 hours while we will be physically moving it. We do not currently know the exact time of the move as we would have to coordinate it with the datacenter staff, however we expect to be able to begin the move between 12:00pm and 2:00pm MST (UTC-7) on February 15.
After the move is completed, all services will resume normal operation. IP address of your VPS will NOT change, all data will be preserved, and you do not need to do anything before or after the move.
We will send a few extra reminders before February 15 just in case.
