应该是因为这句话吧
“As a token of our appreciation for your understanding we will honor one additional promo code that you've redeemed. ”

但要么收100，要么收另外10的那个...这样100收90算个啥...
（除非是收了你100，然后又补偿你10，结果就算收90了）
