应该是因为这句话吧 “As a token of our appreciation for your understanding we will honor one additional promo code that you've redeemed. ” 但要么收100，要么收另外10的那个...这样100收90算个啥... （除非是收了你100，然后又补偿你10，结果就算收90了） |

被扣的原因个人遇到的有有两个：一是邮箱被DO和Github认定为非学生邮箱，二是多次使用优惠码。

是从github那边发起的
github检测到无效的、冒用的邮箱 然后将这些邮箱领到的promo code告诉给do do再通过promo code反查，做一个逆操作即可 以上都是我猜的 |
