新手!编译安装 fontforge 出现 pkg-config script cannot be found.怎么破？

本来是为了解决lightline，airline特殊符号乱码的问题，按照Github提示给字体打补丁，
执行fontforge ./fontpatcher monaco.ttf的时候说fontpatcher有问题，总之不成功，然后重新下了fontforge源码安装时候出现这个问题，百度能搜索到的方法都试过了，路径该加的都加，该改的都改了，各种组合都是试过了，还是不行

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables PYTHON_CFLAGS
and PYTHON_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.根据错误提示看了pkg-config man page,还是不懂，有谁能教教我？

或者说怎么解决vim statusline乱码的问题也行
