我只做通过 algora （ https://algora.io/）平台发布的赏金任务，可以使用 https://github.com/search?q=is%3Aopen+label%3A%22%F0%9F%92%8E+Bounty%22+&type=issues&s=created&o=desc&p=1 查看所有发布的赏金任务。
一定要确认这个问题你可以解决，并且是完美的解决，如果有人在 attempt 并且已经有 Assignee 了，建议放弃。
最好让发布者分配给你，不然有可能浪费时间精力。收款现在只能用 stripe 了，有一些门槛
