mbp 自己换电池，手颤把键盘和触控板的线戳断了，准备出二手，电池被我抠出来折弯了，就没有上电池了，现在插电源可以开机，接外置键盘鼠标可以进系统，但是就像是电池没电了一样特别卡，几乎操作不了。我现在就是想把系统格式化重装，有没有办法？

用 opencore legacy pather 做个启动盘，oclp 的设置里有个禁用降频的选项
