广西南宁电信办公宽带疑似触发特定限制无法访问广东方向电信网络

坐标广西南宁电信,办公楼企业电信网络
从今天早上 5 点办公室网络监控发现
往广东方向的电信网络全部无法出省
通过 tracert 追踪，在市一级就被拦截了，百度、QQ 、广东电信官网的 CDN 与机房都在广东，还有我们一台在深圳阿里云的服务器，全部无法访问与 ping 通。电脑如果用手机热点网络访问正常。
京东、淘宝、广西电信网络有 CDN 与机房在广西本地，均可正常访问
