今天在用 Teams 的时候

（打开 Teams 过了 10min 左右） Notion 突然发 notification 说可以用 notion 记录 teams 的会议内容

可是我没有在 notion 中写过这个时间点有会议

那么就是 notion 能检测其他进程的启动吗？

真的很奇怪 notion 是怎么知道的。

系统是 OSX 15

在开 Teams 会议吗？
为此会议启用 AI 速记
口气上就是检测出来然后给的提示的感觉
