绑的中行 Master 卡自动扣费到现在了，一点问题也没有。
地址还是填的国内地址…… 为啥要搞虚拟卡，又不是不让绑国内卡。 |

是不是你有一次卡里没钱没扣成功？然后被 github 屏蔽了。
直接删除付款方式，重新绑定就可以。 搞什么虚拟卡，没必要 |
