服务器是阿里云国内，有什么办法好处理？

无法建立连接呗，可能需要代理，不过我猜更可能是被阿里限制了，好像可以通过 txt 域名还是什么的（有点忘了）可以避免，就是 certbot 不止一种发证书的方法，可以去搜一下
