为什么新版 outlook 没有办法正常访问 163 邮箱？

RT ，新版 outlook 采用的是 IMAP 和 SMPT ，我仔细对照过设置，没有问题，邮箱也可以正常添加。但是邮件只有在添加的那一次才能正常刷新，后续的邮件基本要隔个两三天才能刷新出来。但是我看了我 163 邮箱的收件箱，是可以立刻收到邮件的，换 Foxmail 也可以正常使用。这是怎么回事？

@dxball2 挂了，我现在已经设置了 163 邮箱转发到 outlook 上了。
